Im off to Italy for the first time in August (Taormina, Umbria and Rome) and wondering if anyone has any recomendations for some good electronic music and or clubs to check out. Im into the progressive style dub drum and bass trip hop nujazz variety. I just heard some of Rajaz's music on myspace and loved it! Any burners out in Italy? (Burning Man)

Unfortunately the (good) electronic music is not so common in Italy but you can find some clubs in the most famous cities like Rome. At least it can be not hard to find some drum and bass I think! Italy has also a veeeeeeeeeeery small Burning Man community that I'm trying to extend. In Rome there are two virgins ready to go this year for the first time like me and sometime a guy from Flaming Lotus Girls (but he travels a lot), if you want write me a message and I will write you some contacts. If you pass through Florence we will meet for sure, I'm here until the 22nd of August and after I'm flying in SF! :)
